Store Manager

OKA is a successful multi-channel retailer of beautiful, unique and affordable furniture and accessories for the home. Today, we have 14 stores and an extensive mail order, online and trade business with many thousands of customers throughout the UK and the world beyond.

We are looking for a Store Manager for our Bath Store, situated in the interiors haven of Milsom Street.

 

You will have accountability for the day to day operational issues and for achieving sales and P&L targets for your store. You will take ownership for recruiting, training and managing the showroom team.

You must be an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record. Experience of and enthusiasm for working in high-end retail home ware is essential. We are particularly looking for your ability to lead, manage and develop others, as you will need to be able to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate exemplary management skills.

You will be able to demonstrate a good commercial awareness, possess a natural flair for interiors and in -store merchandising and have a good eye for detail.

ou will be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, but will also be tenacious, hardworking and reliable. In addition, you will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with an above reproach attitude.
